Why is it recommended to start with three sessions?

In sophrology, it is recommended to start with 3 sessions as a base. The first 3 sessions are a progression - discovery, appropriation and transformation.

Sophrology a training?

Sophrology is a personal training that is aimed at anyone wishing to know themselves better and develop a serene and positive consciousness. It is aimed at both children and adults.

Each stage of the practice has its own objectives and consists of a series of exercises based on concentration, imagination and contemplation. Some exercises use the five senses to develop contemplative awareness, which leads us to be more aware of the present moment.
