Development of mindfulness

In one-to-one sessions, I will guide you and adapt tailor-made techniques to achieve the objectives we have defined together (stress, exams, difficult situations, confidence, burn-out, etc.). I will help you to learn to relax your body and then your mind, to reconnect with your resources to move forward. Our place of consultation will be outdoors, in the garden or online.
